1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms”) set out the rules governing access to and use of the website www.coraloflife.org (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation.

2. Acceptance and amendment of the Terms

The CORAL of LIFE Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms, the Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy at any time. Users are invited to consult them on a regular basis. Continued use of the Website after any such amendment shall constitute acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Description of services

Through the Website, users may in particular:

  • view information about coral reefs and the Foundation’s mission and projects;
  • learn more about the French Polynesia project and related conservation, restoration and awareness-raising actions;
  • contact the Foundation and/or express interest in partnerships, donations or support;
  • be redirected to external services (such as donation platforms, social media, or event pages), where applicable.

The Website does not itself provide direct sales of goods or services. Any donations, sponsorship arrangements or partnership agreements are governed by separate terms and conditions entered outside the Website environment.

4. Access to the Website

The Foundation endeavors to keep the Website accessible and functioning properly. However, it may, at its sole discretion, suspend or restrict access to all or part of the Website for maintenance, technical, security or other reasons, without notice and without liability.

5. User obligations

Users agree to:

  • use the Website and its content in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, third-party rights and these Terms;
  • refrain from using the Website for fraudulent, malicious or unlawful purposes;
  • refrain from attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Website’s source code or information systems, or from introducing malicious software or otherwise disrupting its normal functioning;
  • refrain from misusing or altering the information available on the Website or undermining the integrity of the Website or the Foundation.

The Foundation reserves the right to take any appropriate measures in the event of unlawful or improper use of the Website (for example, reporting to competent authorities or initiating legal proceedings).

The rules applicable to the Website’s intellectual property are described in the Intellectual Property section of the Legal Notice, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Any creation of hyperlinks to www.coraloflife.org is subject to the Foundation’s prior written consent.
